At the center of EB is the vision of its founder, Daniel Goretti, a mechanical engineer with approximately 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, including more than 15 years working with vehicle electrification, energy efficiency, and advanced powertrain development. Daniel holds a PhD in electrification from McMaster University in Canada and has held senior engineering and leadership positions within the global automotive industry, leading the development of electric, hybrid, and advanced propulsion systems across North and South America.

This experience is strengthened by EB's connection to top-tier universities, research institutions, and technology ecosystems, providing access to state-of-the-art knowledge, laboratories, researchers, and emerging technologies. We complement our internal capabilities with a network of highly experienced consultants and technical specialists—professionals who have spent decades solving complex engineering, product development, and technology challenges across the automotive, mobility, and energy industries.
